JKL Consulting Civil Engineers Ltd. has been providing civil engineering services to Northeast Illinois since 1983. We offer personal service for clients in the public and private sectors. JKL Consulting Civil Engineers has developed an excellent reputation by being responsive, reliable, and receptive to meet our clients' needs. The firm serves as municipal or review engineer for several public entities.

One of the strengths of JKL is the experience of the staff in all facets of infrastructure improvement projects: planning, design, construction inspection, operation, management, and maintenance programs.
